Invest Mango is hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will lead client acquisition, manage property presentations, drive end-to-end real estate sales, and expand our market presence across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, target, and convert qualified leads through telecalling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Manage the complete sales pipeline for assigned projects/territories to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Client Consultations & Pitching: Deliver impactful property presentations, conduct site visits, and negotiate deal terms with prospective buyers.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date lead trackers, update CRM records daily, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings, and project launches to refine sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
Experience: Direct sales experience with a proven track record of target achievement (Real Estate or related sales domains).
Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Location: Currently residing in Bangalore. north Indian preferred
