Business Development Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire visa application process for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding visa procedures and documentation.

• Assist in filling and submitting visa applications, booking appointments, and collecting biometrics.

• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, embassy updates, and visa policies.

• Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure timely issuance of offer letters and CAS/LOA.

• Guide students for medicals, GIC, SOP preparation, and financial documentation.

• Maintain records of all visa applications and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Handle rejections and guide students on re-application or alternate options.

• Conduct visa-related seminars, Q&A sessions, and webinars when required.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

• 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling for study abroad (Freshers Can also apply) .

• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for countries like Canada, UK, USA, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CRM tools (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

• Fluency in English and Hindi (any other regional language is a plus).
