Job Description

Business Development Executive - Zonal Data Captain

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert 8+ new businesses daily (minimum 50 per week).

  • Acquire factories, workshops, warehouses, service centers, commercial kitchens, and similar businesses.

  • Ensure all conversions are verified, accurately documented, and recording-ready.

  • Expand the pipeline by scouting new industrial areas and business clusters.

  • Support recording-day coordination and maintain business relationships.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in the local language with working English or Hindi.

  • 1+ year of B2B field sales or business development experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
