Immediate Hiring - Techno Commercial Business Development Executives/Manager - B2B Field Sales – Male/Female (Preferred)

Experience: 1-6 years, Age: 25-35 years, Gender: Male/Female Salary: 3-6 LPA plus Performance linked incentives.

The Techno Commercial Executive/Manager will work at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging technical expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of the product portfolio, market trends, and customer needs to provide effective technical support and create compelling sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Provide technical support and advice to clients on product features and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to align product development with market needs.

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

  • Respond to customer queries and technical issues promptly.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships.

Qualifications

  • BSc/ B.Tech/MSc/M.Tech Degree in Food Science/ Technology/ Microbiology, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-6 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a techno-commercial role or similar position.

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
