We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Hindh Realty India Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explained projects.
Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits and conferences.
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with Customers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
