1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(BDM) — 1 Position
Role Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating new business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the BD team, and helping the
company grow across different event sectors.
The person will act as the bridge between clients, the internal team, and company
leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth
● Identify new opportunities in:
○ Government departments
○ PSUs
○ Corporates
○ Colleges & Institutions
● Build relationships with:
○ Decision makers
○ HR/Admin teams
○ Marketing teams
○ Officials
○ Institutional heads
● Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
● Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for solutions
Client Relationship Management
● Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
● Build long-term relationships instead of one-time deals
● Attend meetings and represent the company professionally
● Maintain database of important contacts
Team Management
● Guide Business Development Executives
● Track daily activities:
○ Leads generated
○ Meetings completed
○ Follow-ups
○ Opportunities created
● Help team members improve performance
Sales Planning
● Prepare weekly and monthly business plans
● Track upcoming events and opportunities
● Work closely with management for revenue targets

Role Purpose:
Business Development Executives will focus on finding new clients, creating connections,
scheduling meetings, and developing business opportunities for PKS Events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation

○ Corporate companies
○ Colleges
● Find correct contact persons
● Identify upcoming event opportunities
Client Approach
