Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is a growing textile and apparel company committed to quality, innovation, and strong client relationships. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth journey.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the textile/apparel segment

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for order closures

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in textile/apparel industry)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build long-term client relationships

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

• Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby locations if required
