Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

2. Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client acquisition targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

3. Relationship Building:

- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

4. Deal Closure:

- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients.

5. Market Intelligence:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

1. Education: MBA in Marketing

2. Experience: 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Proven track record of driving business growth and client acquisition.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
