Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Walkaroo products.
Drive primary sales (distributor billing) and secondary sales (retail off-take)
2. Market Development
Identify potential markets, new retailers, and expansion opportunities.
Increase Numeric and Weighted Distribution across the territory.
Ensure visibility of Walkaroo products through merchandising and POS placement.
3. Retailer & Distributor Management
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Ensure timely order booking, stock rotation, and proper product display.
4.Field Execution
Conduct regular market visits (80% field role).
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
Execute trade promotions, schemes, and retail activations as per company guidelines.
