Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – Walkaroo

Location: [Thane, Kalyan, Bhiwandi & Panvel]

Department: Sales & Distribution

Reports To: Area Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Walkaroo products.

  • Drive primary sales (distributor billing) and secondary sales (retail off-take)

    2. Market Development

    • Identify potential markets, new retailers, and expansion opportunities.

    • Increase Numeric and Weighted Distribution across the territory.

    • Ensure visibility of Walkaroo products through merchandising and POS placement.

      3. Retailer & Distributor Management

      • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

      • Ensure timely order booking, stock rotation, and proper product display.

        4.Field Execution

        • Conduct regular market visits (80% field role).

        • Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

        • Execute trade promotions, schemes, and retail activations as per company guidelines.
