Role Overview:
There is a multi-functional role involving sales, relationship management, marketing support, and on-ground program execution. The role serves as a stepping stone to a career in adventure learning and outdoor education, with opportunities to work both in the city and at outstation camps.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual revenue targets and maximize footfall at Rocksport campsites
Generate, follow up, and close group enquiries from schools and small corporates
Build strong relationships with schools, agents, and customers
Support local area marketing initiatives and PR activities
Attend to walk-in and direct customer queries
Work as an instructor during camps and adventure programs
Ensure smooth program delivery and high guest satisfaction
Prepare proposals, maintain records, and provide team/client support
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Background in sports / extracurricular activities preferred
Passion for outdoor activities, travel, and adventure
Must be willing to travel and own a bike or be willing to use one
Age Preference: 18–25 years
Training: Structured induction & on-the-job training (STG)
