Job Summary-

We at GLOBAL COLLIANCE are looking for a Dynamic and Result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our overseas education services. The BDM will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with institutions, acquiring new students and driving revenues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnerships and education background with track records of meeting targets.

 

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Collaborate and build network with local colleges, universities, coaching centers and schools.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and event participation.

3. Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars and student outreach programs.

4. Maintain strong relationships with University/Institutions representatives to stay updated on offerings.

5. Create Regular reports on business performance, pipeline developments and lead generation efforts.

6. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.

7. Collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to generate leads and improve conversion.

 

Requirements-

1. MBA with minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

2. Good Communication skills.

3. Good convincing skills

4. Good Presentation and Networking skills.

5. Ability to work and achieve Targets.

6. Willing to travel in the field.
