Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be on the ground daily, visiting corporate offices, tech parks, and campuses to generate new business opportunities for Gamlaa's biophilic and plantscaping solutions. The role focuses on identifying decision-makers, building relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit corporate offices, tech parks, and campuses daily to generate new business opportunities for Gamlaa's biophilic and plantscaping solutions.
· Identify decision-makers and build relationships with facility managers, admin teams, PMCs, and corporate stakeholders.
· Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and assess scope for greenery, plantscaping, and landscaping opportunities.
· Take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure.
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, and execution planning.
· Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure closures.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
· Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager, ensuring accurate tracking of visits, leads, and progress.
Experience
1–3 years in B2B sales
Travel
Comfortable with daily travel and frequent on-ground client meetings
Communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivation
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Resilience
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups
Documentation
Proficient in preparing presentations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Financial Skills
Ability to calculate costings, gross margins, and ensure profitable deal structuring
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Energetic and confident in face-to-face client engagement with corporate stakeholders.
· Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
· Organized in tracking sales activity and maintaining follow-up discipline.
· Commercially aware, with practical understanding of pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
· Interest in or exposure to landscaping, greenery, plants, or biophilic design is advantageous.
