Job Description

Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, digital marketing, and site visits.
Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospects until booking closure.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Coordinate with the sales, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Assist in post-sales customer support.
