Job Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for Futura Kitchen Sinks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Meet dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers for product promotion.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Conduct field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Report daily activities and sales performance to the management.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any field.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Passion for sales, customer handling, and relationship building.
Salary & Benefits
Minimum Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
