Job Description: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with education partners, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s growth through effective sales and partnership strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities and quality leads.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, colleges, and other education partners.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in marketing/sales or business development.
Good knowledge of Hindi, English, and Nepali languages.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Good follow-up and time management skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and market trends.

Previous experience in field sales/business development.
