Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive for our digital marketing company. The candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and deal closing with a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms
Meet potential clients and explain digital marketing services
Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets
Handle client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate with the internal team for the smooth onboarding of clients
Ready for field visits and client meetings across Pune

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Services is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and confident personality
Must be from Pune or the nearby Hadapsar area
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
