Key Responsibilities and Roles:Merchant Acquisition & Sales: Actively search for and onboard new merchants (local shops) to use PhonePe digital payment solutions.Product Deployment: Sell and install PhonePe SmartSpeakers and QR scanners.Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high engagement with PhonePe products.Field Sales Visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet sales targets (100% field job).Financial Products: Offer business loans to merchants and facilitate the digital loan process (KYC, Mandate).Reporting & Competition Mapping: Maintain accurate, daily records of sales and provide feedback on competitor activities in the assigned area. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass, ITI, or Diploma.Experience: 0-5+ years in sales, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or FMCG.Mandatory: A personal bike and a valid driving license.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and local area knowledge.
