Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in advertising, media, branding, or digital marketing sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand managers.
• Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, outdoor media, and event solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal creative, media, and operations teams for campaign execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closure of deals.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and client servicing support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Required Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
• Experience in Advertising Agency, Media, Digital Marketing, or Branding industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Knowledge of Advertising, Media, Branding, or Digital Marketing industry.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Energetic and self-motivated professional.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Good networking and client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
