Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard potential franchisees for EV battery swapping stations.

  • Conduct market research to target high-potential locations for network expansion.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, delivery aggregators, and local businesses.

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales of swapping subscriptions and energy services.

  • Assist franchise partners in setting up operations and achieving business KPIs.

  • Conduct site visits, feasibility analysis, and ROI projections for prospective partners.

  • Provide after-sales support and training to franchisees and their teams.

  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and service quality.

  • Report performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and pipeline status regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or ITI in Business, Engineering, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in sales, franchise development, or EV/mobility/renewable energy sectors.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the electric mobility landscape and charging/swapping infrastructure.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainable transportation.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic financial modeling.
