Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and HR services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring requirements.
Present recruitment solutions and close business deals.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
