We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong channel partnerships, and generating revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role blends field sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential/commercial real estate
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
Generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property walkthroughs
Negotiate deals and close sales in coordination with the sales team
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
