We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our client company. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable products or services.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights to support product and service improvements.
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and sales forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
Experience: 1-5 years
Proven experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Valid driving license and own vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits:
In-Hand Salary: Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000
