Job Responsibilities:

• Visit schools and colleges to generate student leads.

• Approach other computer training centers for business tie-ups and collaborations.

• Visit IT and related companies to build partnerships for student placements.

• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Generate business through existing/old calling data.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to gain referrals and repeat business.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies with a focus on cost-effective promotions and lead generation.

• Achieve monthly targets for admissions and tie-ups.

• Maintain records of visits, calls, and lead conversions.

• Daily reporting and office visit during opening and closing hours is mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Ability to plan marketing strategies with a cost-reduction mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.

• Freshers or candidates with experience in marketing, sales, or education field preferred.
