Job Description:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Research and identify new business opportunities — including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Develop and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for new customer acquisition.
Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Time management and planning skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
