Hiring for Dry Drnks

Designation – Business Development Executive

Experience level 1 – 2 Yrs

Term – Full time, Permanent

Location – Nandini Layout, Bangalore (On site)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.

• Execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

• Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials and sales tools.

• Handle client presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Track campaign performance and generate reports on sales and marketing metrics.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Fair verbal and written communication skills.

• Negotiation and closing abilities.

• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

• Prior selling exposure to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) is preferred.

Requirements

• 1–2 year of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in beverage, FMCG.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Salary

Up to 20000/PM + Incentives
