We specialize in providing advanced training in drone technology, robotics, and aeromodelling, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of custom drone systems for industrial and educational applications.

Role Description: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and promoting our training programs and drone-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across education, defense, industrial, and commercial drone sectors

  • Promote DAPL’s drone training programs, aeromodelling workshops, and custom drone/UGV solutions

  • Develop and execute sales and outreach strategies to achieve business goals

  • Prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and close business deals

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business efforts with technical and operational support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or B2B partnerships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for technology and innovation

  • Prior experience or interest in drones, aviation, robotics, or ed-tech is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting systems

Salary: 40,000
The salary will be discussed under certain company guidelines which will be after the interview
