💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Regional Sales Officer to drive B2B growth and expand our market presence across key locations.

📊 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in B2B / Field Sales

💰 Compensation & Benefits: ₹28,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹5.5/KM

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market expansion through regular field visits

• Onboard retailers & wholesalers to the platform

• Generate leads and convert them into active business

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth

✅ Requirment:

• Experience in Electronics / B2B / Field Sales

• Familiarity with platforms like Udaan, IndiaMART, JioMart, Jumbotail, ElasticRun (preferred)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented

• Comfortable with extensive field work
