Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month 

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 

Education: Graduate (Any stream) Experience: 3+ years 

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Male Business Development Executive to promote and expand our synthetic paper products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by visiting retailers, stationery shops, and potential clients to pitch our products, build relationships, and close deals. 

Key Responsibilities:  

•        Visit retail shops, distributors, and stationery outlets daily to generate leads and build client relationships. 

•        Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to potential clients. 

•        Collect and analyse market information to increase reach and effectiveness. 

•        Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly. 

•        Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback. 

•        Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times. 

•        Collaborate with the internal team for order fulfilment and client servicing. 

Requirements:  

•        Gender: Male 

•        Vehicle: Must own a bike with valid driving license (Field job) 

•        Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi and/or local language. 

•        Confident personality with the ability to build relationships quickly. 

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
