Key Responsibilities

·         Identify and generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and relationship building.

·         Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their HR and staffing needs.

·         Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and solutions to clients.

·         Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·         1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (HR industry preferred).

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

·         Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
