Job Summary:
The BDE – Sales & Field Operations will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with diagnostic labs, executing localized marketing initiatives, and promoting SehatBuddy’s services across various stakeholders including doctors, schools, and businesses. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for healthcare outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lab Empanelment & Relationship Management:
Identify, approach, and empanel diagnostic labs to expand SehatBuddy’s network. Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure service quality and smooth operations.
• Local Marketing & Promotion:
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional activities to increase visibility and drive demand.
• Field Visits & B2B Development:
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers to onboard them onto the SehatBuddy platform. Explore and develop B2B opportunities including schools, corporate health checkups, and community outreach.
• Brand Representation & Awareness:
Act as the face of SehatBuddy in the field, promoting services, gathering feedback, and building a strong local brand presence.
• Health Camps & Service Launches:
Coordinate and support health awareness programs, diagnostic camps, and new service launch events in collaboration with internal teams.
• Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, partnerships, and field activity reports.
