About the Role
Crewmanpower Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Executives to generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for our manpower and recruitment services.
Candidates should have good English communication skills, confidence in client interaction and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients, including companies, factories, offices, SMEs and businesses.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references and networking.
Meet prospective clients and explain manpower and recruitment services.
Understand client hiring requirements and generate business opportunities.
Arrange client meetings and follow up with prospects.
Prepare basic proposals and quotations.
Convert prospective leads into active business clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for client requirements.
Maintain daily records of calls, visits, meetings and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Monthly Performance Targets
Generate at least 20 qualified business leads.
Arrange at least 8 client meetings.
Work towards a minimum of 5 new client acquisitions per month.
Maintain regular follow-ups and a healthy sales pipeline.
Salary & Performance-Based Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to monthly target achievement.
Higher incentives for successful client acquisition and business conversion.
Petrol expenses reimbursed for official client visits.
Incentive slabs and payout conditions will be explained during the interview.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.
0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment or staffing.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Good English communication is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
