Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify suitable locations for new warehouses/dark stores based on business requirements.
Conduct field visits and territory mapping across the assigned city.
Scout commercial properties, shops, warehouses, and suitable sites.
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
Evaluate locations based on area, accessibility, rent, competition, customer demand, and delivery potential.
Generate leads through brokers, direct property visits, references, and local market research.
Negotiate rent, lease terms, deposits, and commercial conditions with property owners.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Expansion, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Real Estate.
Collect and verify required property documents and owner details.
Follow up on shortlisted properties until the location is finalized.
Support the team during site visits, documentation, agreement, and handover.
