Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Nykaa Cosmetics team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach and driving sales growth by:

• Visiting merchants and cosmetic retailers in your assigned location

• Introducing Nykaa’s range of cosmetics and beauty products

• Onboarding new merchants onto the Nykaa distribution platform

• Generating regular orders from onboarded merchants

• Building strong relationships with merchants to ensure continuous business

• Meeting daily and monthly sales targets

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and merchants

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas

• Previous experience in field sales or FMCG sales preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) qualification

• Graduation preferred
