Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and references
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and business pitches
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives
Handle client queries, negotiations, and closures professionally
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and business development activities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in BBA / BCom / BMS / MBA (Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing concepts
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate joiners preferred
