Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Career Solutions. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.

  • Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities:

BDEs research and analyse market trends, identify potential clients and industries, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets. 

  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

This involves nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. 

  • Generating Leads and Closing Deals:

BDEs actively seek out new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. They also manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation. 

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:

BDEs create and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies. 

  • Managing Sales Performance and Reporting:

This includes tracking sales data, analysing performance, and providing regular reports to senior management. 

  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:

BDEs work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts. 

  • Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

BDEs must stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adapt their strategies.
