📌 Job Details

Role: Contractual (6 Months)

Work Mode: 100% Field Role

Salary: ₹35,000 per month CTC

₹30,000 Fixed In-Hand

₹5,000 Travelling Allowance

Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives (Up to ₹1.5 Lakh Weekly)

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Daily Target: 8-10 New Leads

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off (No Fixed Off)

🚀 About the Role

As a Zonal Data Captain, a specific area/territory will be assigned to you. You will meet new business owners face-to-face (at least 8-10 new leads required every day), onboard them, and convince them for video data recording.

The more leads a Data Captain generates, the higher the earnings, with no limit on incentives. Incentives are paid weekly.

💼 What You'll Do

✅ Business Acquisition

Visit factories, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, and other manufacturing or commercial units.

Convince business owners to join the Instawork program.

Participating business owners will also get paid by Instawork.

✅ Pipeline Building

Convert new businesses daily.

Submit accurate details in the app.

✅ Territory Expansion

Scout nearby towns and industrial clusters.

Expand business coverage within the assigned zone.

✅ Recording Day Support

Be present at businesses during recording sessions.

Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with business owners.

✅ Daily Reporting

Keep your coordinator updated on:

Conversions

Recording schedules

On-ground challenges

✅ Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Local candidate with fluency in the local/regional language.

Must have 1 year of experience in any of the relevant profile mentioned below:

Field Sales

Business Development

Field Collection

EMI Collection

Recovery

B2B / B2C

Any target-oriented role

Must have strong geographical knowledge and a strong local network of business owners.

Candidate should be comfortable travelling up to 40 km daily for business generation.

Must own a Bike and possess a Valid Driving Licence.

Age: Up to 40 years only.

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
