Field Sales Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to promote our educational books and publications to schools. The candidate will visit schools, meet Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, and other decision-makers, present our books professionally, explain their educational value, and build long-term relationships to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools daily across the assigned territory.

Meet Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, and school management.

Present and explain the features and benefits of our books and educational publications.

Conduct book presentations and product demonstrations.

Build strong relationships with schools and maintain regular follow-ups.

Generate new leads and convert them into business.

Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.

Collect feedback from schools and share it with the management.

Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and orders.

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Educational Sales, School Sales, Publishing, or Business Development.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Confident in meeting school authorities and handling face-to-face discussions.

Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Preferred Candidates

Experience in book publication, EdTech, stationery, or educational products.

Candidates from School Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development background.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
