Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new distributors, retailers, and outlets
Conduct daily market visits (beat plan)
Generate orders and ensure timely collections
Promote Brewna tea products in the market
Manage product sampling and conversion
Build strong relationships with retailers & distributors
Track competitor activity and market trends
Achieve monthly sales targets
Daily Work Expectations
20–30 outlet visits per day
Sample distribution & product pitching
Order booking and follow-ups
Daily reporting (DSR submission)
Skills Required
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of FMCG sales
Ability to work in field sales
Result-oriented and target-driven
Local market knowledge preferred
Eligibility
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–3 years in sales (FMCG preferred)
Two-wheeler & valid license required
