We’re Hiring | Business Development – Sales
BNC is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for a Business Development – Sales role with experience in the loan/financial services industry.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through client visits, networking, and market research.
Visit prospective clients to understand their financial requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
Handle client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
Promote and facilitate secured and unsecured loan products.
Travel to client locations for business development and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the loan or financial services industry.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and client onboarding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Work Profile: 80% Field Sales (Client Visits) | 20% Inside Sales
