Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to onboard partners in the Rajasthan region.

Primary target: Successfully appoint either 4 District Partners or 2 State Partners — achieving either of these is mandatory.

Identify and engage with potential partners through client meeting, calls, digital outreach, and networking.

Pitch the Wrencho business model, support system, and benefits to prospective partners.

Conduct presentations and face-to-face meetings to convert leads into confirmed partners.

Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with partners.

Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to ensure partner success.

Monitor regional competition, industry trends, and generate reports for management.

Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets aligned with partner onboarding.

Requirements:

4 to 8 years of experience in business development, channel partner acquisition, or franchise development.

Prior experience in the automobile service, mechanical or allied industries preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work under performance-driven structures.

Good knowledge of Rajasthan’s geography, local languages/dialects a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.

Willingness to travel within the state frequently.

Performance-Based Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 based on experience.

Incentives/Bonus based on partner acquisition performance.

Travel and communication expenses as per policy.
