Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for a dual mandate of Sales and Marketing within their assigned area.
1. Field Sales & Business Acquisition
● Target Achievement: Execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, number of clients, etc.).
● Prospecting and Closing: Actively generate and qualify new business leads through calling, referrals, and extensive field activity.
● Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and tailored product/service demonstrations with prospective clients using their personal two-wheeler for efficient local travel.
● Negotiation: Understand client needs, present winning proposals, and effectively negotiate and close sales contracts.
● CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to accurately track the sales pipeline, document client interactions, and manage follow-ups
