Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and pitch meetings

• Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute growth strategies

• Track sales activities and maintain updated CRM records

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

• Highly motivated with a target-driven attitude

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
