Job Description

1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in real estate, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new installations, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and modernisation projects.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.

  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close business deals.

  • Provide customer support during and after project execution.

3. Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Track government/private tenders and manage the bidding process.

  • Prepare and submit BOQs, quotations, and technical-commercial proposals.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to design customised solutions.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends.

  • Provide insights to management for new product development and competitive strategies.

  • Promote advanced technologies such as smart elevators, IoT-enabled monitoring, and energy-efficient solutions.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project, service, and technical teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Support marketing initiatives such as participation in exhibitions, real estate expos, and industry events.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
