Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities in the paper manufacturing industry, including both domestic and international markets.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to help shape business strategy.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to close deals effectively and profitably.

• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and the latest innovations in the paper manufacturing industry, especially rolls, to effectively present to clients.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing business relationships.

  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

• Location: Candidates from Delhi NCR or East Delhi will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
