Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. The role involves direct client interaction, market visits, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell company products/services through field visits, meetings, and presentations.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.

• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand reputation.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in field sales or business development (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
