SkillsEmpower Foundation is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our partnerships, employer connect, and program expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will help drive collaborations, generate opportunities, and strengthen our mission of empowering youth through employment and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build partnerships with employers, institutes, and training organizations
Generate leads for placements, training programs, and collaborations
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Represent the organization in meetings, calls, and events
Work with internal teams to support placements and program delivery
Achieve monthly business development targets
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation
Requirements:
Strong communication and networking skills
Experience in business development, sales, or employer connect (NGO/education/skill sector preferred)
Target-driven and proactive approach
Ability to travel if required
