Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular meetings with bankers to generate loan business.
Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bankers and DSAs.
Generate loan leads through DSA and banking channels.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper documentation and timely case login.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Track daily visits and maintain MIS reports.
Expand network by identifying new business opportunities in the market.
Eligibility:
12th or Graduate
6Months–1 years experience in loan sales / field sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel and do field work
Compensation:
15000-25000 Fixed Salary
