Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Tender Sales Back Office Executive to support our sales and business development team. The role involves handling all back-office activities related to pre-sales, bid preparation, documentation, and coordination for tenders (government and private) in the IT services and product sector. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and track tenders/RFPs/RFQs from various government and private portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals). 

  • Study tender requirements and coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and finance teams for documentation and eligibility compliance. 

  • Prepare and compile tender documents, pre-qualification forms, and bid responses in coordination with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Maintain a tender tracker to monitor submission timelines, required actions, and statuses. 

  • Assist in vendor registration, empanelment processes, and managing client documentation databases. 

  • Coordinate with OEMs/principals for necessary authorizations, datasheets, and technical documents. 

  • Support pricing team in preparing commercial proposals by collating inputs. 

  • Manage and update databases of leads, pre-sales documents, and sales collateral. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in bid submissions.
