We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Tender Sales Back Office Executive to support our sales and business development team. The role involves handling all back-office activities related to pre-sales, bid preparation, documentation, and coordination for tenders (government and private) in the IT services and product sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track tenders/RFPs/RFQs from various government and private portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals).
Study tender requirements and coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and finance teams for documentation and eligibility compliance.
Prepare and compile tender documents, pre-qualification forms, and bid responses in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a tender tracker to monitor submission timelines, required actions, and statuses.
Assist in vendor registration, empanelment processes, and managing client documentation databases.
Coordinate with OEMs/principals for necessary authorizations, datasheets, and technical documents.
Support pricing team in preparing commercial proposals by collating inputs.
Manage and update databases of leads, pre-sales documents, and sales collateral.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in bid submissions.
