Summary Description:
As an Account Development Executive will be responsible for store acquisition and Manage acquired/allotted stores, understand the station metrics and work towards the operational goals. ADE Should be ready to travel to the acquired stores on regular basis and need to ensure that process training is provided to the store associates, prepare Reports to track the performance of the stores on daily basis. The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, deliver results including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on their operations processes in their assigned department.
Essential Functions:

Stores Acquisition/ Off boarding of Stores

Follow up on Cash submission/reconciliation from Stores

Conducting Store audits
4
Relationship Management with acquired/allotted stores
5
Daily field visit to the stores/quantify allocation of packets on daily basis

Training and Coaching stores Associates
7
Develop relationships and drive stores against operational goals
8
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports of Store performance

Ability to understand performance metrics and work towards the goals

Drive engagement with stores

Availability to work on flexible shifts

Expected store visit frequency will be a Ratio of 1:130. The ratio of stores & store visits shall increase depending on the necessity.

Initiate signup process of new stores and initiate the BGV of new stores

Handling grievance related to stores on day to day basis

Coordinate with different stake holder for incident management
17
Support for SP partner management as an when required
