Responsibilities of candidates include:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls promptly
Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
Continuously generate prospective customers and get references for every visit from the clients.
Selling products
Regular touch with clients
Regular discussions with clients for new development
Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Profile-
Candidate should have good communication
Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.
Basic Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Emails)
B2B with strong knowledge of the sales industry is an advantage.
